Practice Schedule
All practices are held at Victory Park in Northwest Pasadena. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch!
Flag Football (Ages 5-6)
Tuesday & Thursday
- Time: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Focus: Fundamentals, fun, and fitness
- Location: Field A
8U Division (Ages 7-8)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
- Focus: Introduction to tackle football, technique development
- Location: Field B
10U Division (Ages 9-10)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Focus: Advanced skills, game strategy, leadership
- Location: Field C
Cheer Squad (All Ages)
Tuesday & Thursday
- Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Practice Expectations
What to Bring:
- Water bottle (labeled with player’s name)
- Proper athletic shoes
- All required equipment (provided by team)
- Positive attitude!
Weather Policy:
- Practice continues in light rain
- Cancelled for lightning or severe weather
- Heat modifications when temperature exceeds 95°F
- Updates via team app and text alerts
Attendance Policy:
- Players expected to attend all practices
- Notify coach if absence is necessary
- Missed practices may affect game time
- Academic obligations always take priority
